- 11.15am race start latest
- Finish race and ALL students and managers cleared off site completely by 12.10pm (students to be collected from outside)
If you are transporting your child to and from the venue, you are able to go directly from your home to Ruapuna Park (you will not need to bring your child to school first). If you are a student that is requiring transport assistance (Tom Griffin, Zac Kelly, Josh Exon), you will need to come to school with all the equipment you need (including your bike and helmet) and then meet Mr Evers at the flagpole at 9:20am. Your bikes will be transported to/from the venue by Stacey (Liam’s mum) and you will be transported in the Heaton van. A big thank you to Stacey for your support, it is greatly appreciated. N.B. Lucy O.C (Room 8) will be making her own way to the venue but will be getting transported back to Heaton in the school van.
