Game start and finish time:
The match will be starting at approx. 10:30am (depending on the arrival time of Craighead from Timaru), and your daughter will be finished no later than 3:00pm. Your daughter can be collected directly from the venue (Lincoln) by a parent/caregiver, or Mr Evers can bring them back to Heaton at the conclusion of the day in the Heaton van. If you have made plans for your daughter to be collected by another adult please communicate this with Tim Evers via email.
Shared pizza lunch:
A $10.00 charge will be added to your school account as we will be hosting a shared pizza lunch for the Heaton and Craighead team. If you have any dietary requirements/considerations please email Mr Evers asap.
Meeting Time/Location:
Students are required to meet at the Heaton flagpole at 8:30am. Students should arrive at school in their full cricket uniform (Heaton playing top, white trousers and Heaton cap), and will be transported to and from the venue in the Heaton van.
Injuries / Availability:
If you have any injury concerns, sickness or you cannot participate on Wednesday, please make contact with Mr Evers via email.
Equipment Requirements:
- All personal cricket equipment e.g. pads, bat, gloves
- Full cricket uniform (please wear this to school so you are ready for the game)
- A spare top to wear after the game (as Mr Evers will be collecting the Heaton playing tops)
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Healthy snacks (no chewing gum, fizzy drinks etc.)
- All relevant personal medication e.g. EpiPen, Ventolin etc.
- Sunscreen
